This family-friendly yoga class is designed for all ages to stretch, breathe, and connect together in nature. With playful poses, partner work, and gentle mindfulness, it’s the perfect midweek reset for kids and grown-ups alike. Bring your mat or a blanket and get ready for fun in the grass overlooking the beautiful coulee. 🧺 Ideal for ages 3+ with a parent or caregiver. No experience needed.
