The one wild wanderer,
For Zoey, living mindfully is the key to living fully. She created Lively to help others find balance, relief, and joy through massage, movement practices, and mindful endeavors. Her toolbox of skills offers you more than physical relief—you will have support to ease pain, reconnect with the body, and navigate life’s challenges. In the midst of chaos or suffering, she turns to intentional movement, mindfulness, and time in nature to steady her thoughts. Zoey’s passion is helping others feel better and live well, inspiring them to embrace their inner light and thrive.

I have returned to my roots of living in the rural area from the hectic pace of the city. I landed my career in the wellness industry from growth in a leadership degree and a deep passion for recharging in nature. I became a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and fitness coach (not overnight) to guide others toward presence, healing, and rejuvenation. These practices have been my anchor—restoring balance when life pulls in every direction. I’ve hustled to build opportunities for others to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and natural rhythms. It’s a joy and a privilege to share the energy of being truly lively—alive and present in the moment.
